This one goes out to the land of fjords and the northern lights. In honour of their musical movements around the Nordic Lands, Mikey D.O.N and Philly B are proud to present From The UK 2 Norway. On this compilation they bring to your attention some of the UK's finest exports alongside a tuff selection of musical flavours from around the globe to keep your speaker box rockin'.

Huddersfield based female producer Miss Tofelees has been making a name for herself over the last few years working with some of the UK’s best underground MC’s such as Dabbla from London Zoo, Big Cakes and Manny Moscow as well as her production has featured on mixtapes from UK Runnings, Certified Banger and DJ Ames. Miss Tofelees is definitely a producer to be looking out for in 2011 with a barrage of releases planned for the UK Hip-Hop scene.

Since their first release was played on John Peel’s show the North West London collective London Zoo have worked with Dubbledge, Foreign Beggars, Stig of the Dump, and more. They now have their Brainstorm LP out and Danielle caught up with them to find out more…

LDZ have been around for donkey’s... They flew the nest when they were only young pups and before growing fur, they quickly learned to evolve and adapt with the constantly changing environment. Not to be mistaken for scavenger’s, these territorial creatures stay true to they’re own like a pride of Lions.
