Alternative hip hop trio The Mighty Underdogs play their first UK date in support of their forthcoming debut album release ‘Droppin Science Fiction’. The Mighty Underdogs are Blackalicious’s Gift of Gab, fellow Quannum compatriot Lateef the Truth Speaker and Bay Area producer Headnodic. They are signed to the critically acclaimed Def Jux label home to Aesop Rock, Mr Lif, El-P and more!
With the three artists exhausted by hip-hop’s penchant for taking itself too damn seriously, they broke rules like rules were going out of style and allowed songs to be everything from gregarious to, gasp, silly. Expect the unexpected at this their only UK date! Their album ‘Droppin’ Science Fiction’ is out on the 23rd March.
